PROCESSING
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt and shipped in 5-7 days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons - holidays, back to school etc.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships a second email will be sent with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES
STANDARD SHIPPING:
We offer standard shipping in the US at a flat rate of $7 per order. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.
SHIPPING TIME
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
LOCAL PICKUP
Items purchased from school / organization STORES can be picked up locally at your school or organization.
SHIPPING CARRIER
We use USPS Priority Mail for our deliveries. Your tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
ORDER ISSUES
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at designmymerch@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.​
